Portland's #1 Recycling Service

Environmentally Conscious Recycling (ECR) sorts, cleans, and processes more dry waste onsite than any other recycler in the Portland, OR area.

Our philosophy is to take pride in the community we work and live in. We believe everyone has a responsibility to protect the environment, and ECR has been dedicated to leading the way since 1986.

Over the past 35 years, we've expanded our facility by adopting innovative tools and technologies to maximize recovery rates - giving new life to recyclables, and keeping them out of landfills.

We facilitate a one-stop, cost-effective solution for dry material waste at the optimal level for residential and commercial customers. Informing the public on how they can do their part, and how they will benefit from it, is our ultimate goal. We would love an opportunity to educate your local business on how ECR will improve your bottom line through smart recycling.
